Financing Options

Pay for it over time.

If the bathroom or the deck is ready now and the savings aren’t, financing lets you get it done now and pay it off monthly. Get your written estimate first, then pick the program that fits.

Two ways to finance.

You apply directly with the lender, on their site, under their terms. We never see your financial information. Our end of it is the build.

How it works

1

Get your estimate

Josh comes out, looks at the job, and puts a written price in your hand. Free.

2

Pick a partner

Choose the program that fits you. Paying cash or using your own bank is fine too.

3

Apply on your phone

A short application with the lender, and most folks hear back in minutes.

Common questions

Does checking my rate hurt my credit?
That depends on the program. Acorn lets you see offers without a hit to your credit. A credit card application like Wells Fargo’s works differently. Read the lender’s own wording before you apply, because they set those rules, not us.
Do I have to finance through you?
No, and you should not feel steered. Plenty of people pay outright or use their own bank. This is an option, not a requirement.
Can I get the estimate before I think about financing?
That is the right order. The estimate is free and you get a written number first — then you decide how you want to pay for it, if at all.

Financing is offered by third-party lenders, not by KIK Construction. All terms, rates, approvals and payments are set by the lender and subject to their credit approval. We do not originate loans, we are not a lender, and we do not receive your application or your financial information.

Get the number first. Then decide.

Josh looks at the job and puts a real written price in your hand — free, and with nothing attached to it. Financing is there if you want it and ignorable if you do not.
