A new pressure-treated wood deck with railing and stairs on a brick ranch house

Decks & Porches

More back yard,
less mowing.

A good deck or a screened porch is where Georgia evenings happen. We build new ones, rebuild the tired ones, and fix the stairs and railings that wobble. Pressure-treated, composite or cedar — your call.

What we do

Every price comes from Josh looking at your house, not a table. The estimate is free.

New decks

estimate is free

Pressure-treated, composite or cedar, built on solid footings and sized to how you’ll use it.

Deck rebuilds & repairs

quoted on site

Soft boards, loose railings, rotten joists. Josh tells you if it needs new boards or a new deck.

Screened porches

quoted on site

Screen in the porch you have, or build one new. Ceiling fan optional, but recommended.

Railings & stairs

quoted on site

New railings, new stairs, or a second set of steps down to the yard.

Size, height off the ground, material and how many stairs all move a deck price. Use the ballpark to get close, then Josh measures it and gives you the real number — free.

Common questions

Pressure-treated, composite or cedar?
Pressure-treated costs the least and holds up fine if you keep it sealed. Composite costs more up front but doesn’t need staining. Cedar looks great and sits in between. Josh will walk you through it.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
It depends on the county and the size of the deck. Josh will tell you what yours needs.
Can you fix my old deck instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the frame is solid, new boards and railings can make it like new for a lot less.
Can you wash and seal it too?
Yes. Josh can wash and seal what we build, or the deck you already have.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed and insured.
